The Downstairs

 
Living Room
With a real fire, the living room offers views to the rear of the property. It contains two leather sofas, a television, DVD player, Freeview box and HiFi system. It is heated by a double radiator.

Dining Room
The dining room has ample space for the whole family to eat together. There is also a sideboard containing a selection of board games. A highchair is a available on request.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped for your catering needs. Including those modern essentials of dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, gas hob and mid height electric oven and of course ample cupboard space.

Police

Rowan Cottage is known in the village as 'The Old Police House'. Remnants of its history remain, but the old CELL now contains, not criminals, but rather a freezer, tumble drier, garden furniture & barbecue.

The master bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable oak framed king size bed, and sliding wardrobes across one wall for all your storage requirements. There is ample room for an optional cot(s) if required.

The second room offers twin 3ft beds and shares the magnficent views of bedroom 1. Storage space includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The third bedroom offers accommodation for two people with bunkbeds, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom offers a powerful shower with a massage head and a bath. There is a heated towel rail and all towels are provided.

Front Garden and Driveway

The front of the property offers ample parking space for three or four cars and is shared with the owner who lives in the annexe accommodation to the right of the photo, The property is accessed directly from Coach road.
