10.30 – 12 noon. Folk harmony singing workshop Upstairs in the Old Coastguard Station.

all songs taught by ear, words displayed – rounds, and 2, 3 and 4 part harmony.

All welcome regardless of previous experience singing harmony.

The Whitby Folk Week continues to enjoy the very best in traditional music and dance many events taking place in the Pavilion Complex with Concerts Ceilidh’s and Social Dance events in this venue. In and around the town over 600 events takes place in one week making this one of the country’s premier festivals. All nestled in the pretty fishing port of Whitby with its cobbled streets filled with heritage along with fine restaurants cafes jet shops and a vibe not to be missed by any lover of music!
